- Aura Vacations requires a non-refundable security deposit upon booking your reservation.
- Changes to the booking, including date modifications or any sort of additional services, can be accommodated based on availability and might incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Any sort of cancellation should be made more than 30 days before the departure date, which might be eligible for a partial; however, the refund might not include the non-refundable deposit.
- In the context of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Aura Vacations may offer credits or alternative arrangements depending on the case.

- Aura Vacation employs a secure payment system to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers' financial information.
- Our customers can choose from various range of payment methods, including debit/ credit cards, fund transfers, money remittances or cash in hand, providing flexibility and convenience during the transaction.
Travel Insurance:
- Aura Vacation highly recommends all the travelers to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events like trip cancellations, medical emergencies or lost baggage.
- Proof of travel insurance might be required before the tour starts.
Health and Safety:
- Each traveler is responsible for ensuring their own good health and fitness for their desired trekking tour.
- Travelers should, however, consult with a medical professional prior to the departure, addressing any necessary vaccinations or health precautions.
- Aura Vacation also deserved the right to refuse any participants or request any sort of medical clearance if a traveler’s health is unsuitable for the chosen trip.
Change and Cancellation by Aura Vacation:
- In the quest by Aura Vacation to make changes or cancel a tour due to certain circumstances like natural disasters, political unrest or any sort of safety concerns, travelers will be notified as soon as possible.
- In such cases, Aura Vacation will offer alternative offers or refund the full amount of payment for the affected tour.
Travel documentation:
- Travelers are responsible for their own documentation which are valid passports, visas and any other documentation required to enter the designated country.
- Aura Vacations might provide assistance and guidance regarding visa requirements. However, it is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Complaints and Disputes:
- Any sort of complaints or disputes regarding the tour should be brought to the attention of Aura Vacation’s tour leader or the representative as soon as possible.
- If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached during the tour, travelers may submit formal complaints in writing within a specified timeframe following the conclusion of the tour.
